At Fashlot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@fashlots.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
